Download the installer

Click the Download for Windows button above. The installer is pre-configured — no settings to adjust.

Run the installer

Open the downloaded file and click Install. The app is digitally signed by Moore Services so no security warnings will appear.

Share your Device ID

Once installed, the app shows your unique Device ID. Share this with your Moore Services support agent when you need assistance.

Accept the connection

When your agent connects, you'll see a prompt to accept the session. You're always in control and can end the session at any time.
